Job Description:
• Establishing strategic partnerships with Japan OEM and related Tier 1 in China
• Implementing business negotiation and relationship maintenance with Japan OEM and related Tier1 to to create continuous pipeline & revenue
• To understand the detail of Cerence related technologies/solutions. Establish a clear understanding of the Automotive AI industry, clear product positioning, and combine the above information to reach cooperation intentions with customers
• Sumary customer pain points and reality demands, coordinating and promoting internal product development
• Closely collaborate with R&D and product teams to expand opportunity pipeline so as to overdrive growth.
Job Requirement:
• Proven experience, strong relationships, and a successful track record of selling solutions to Japanese OEM accounts, demonstrating expertise in understanding and meeting customer needs in this field.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of business and technical management.
• Technical proficiency in computing, enabling a deep understanding of the technical aspects of IoT solutions and effectively communicating their value to customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stand-up presentation skills in Mandarin, ensuring clear and compelling communication with customers.
• Sufficient fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate internally, facilitating seamless coordination and alignment within the organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal direct supervision and take initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
