A Moving Experience.

Responsibilities:
- Casting and coaching of Voice Talents; recording monitoring;
- Designing and checking text corpora for recording;
- Checking and annotating the speech database;
- Developing voice model and language processing modules;
- Testing and checking TTS voices to support the improvements;
- Supporting our professional services teams and contributing to customer project success.
- Assisting senior team members in research tasks.
- Contributing to the improvement, design, implementation, evaluation and optimization of voice development tools and processes.
- Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing
 
Education:
- MSc or PhD degree in philology, phonetics, computational linguistics or another relevant field.
  
Required skills:
- Experience in TTS voice or language development is a strong asset;
- Experience with acoustic phonetics is recommended;
- Speaking at least two other Asian languages (Dongbei/Shaanxi/Hunan/Henani/Min dialect speaker is highly preferred).
- Working in Windows environments comes naturally to you.
- Programming skills are a plus. Basic experience with scripting languages like Perl or Python is a requirement;
- Fluent in English and could write high quality documentation.
