Technical and team leader for product development, release, and sustaining

Participate in new product technical specification definition, success criteria, project planning, development, qualification, and risk mitigation

Provide technical guidance to product engineering team to execute committed key deliverables

Lead product engineering team to resolve issues during development and achieve project milestones timely through team-work and collaboration with cross functional team

Responsible for continuous yield and quality improvements and cost reduction post new product releases

15 years + of software experience, at least 8 years in managing role, 5 years of experience leading software and hardware co-development projects

Familiar with ODM design flow of hardware engineering, hands-on experience on associated hardware, software, SoC, QA roles and responsibilities. Good resource and connections in hardware and SoC industry.

Experience with ramping-up R&D team and managing fast headcount growth. Ability to manage cross-functional R&D work among multiple R&D teams and organizations.

Ability to multitask & self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of competitive urgency

Strong communication and leadership skills. Strong capability in customer engagement and support.

Fluent in Chinese and English Familiar with the automotive industry, mobility trends and technology trends is preferred.
